California cannot trump federal law.
Who cares. Got a light? I’m pretty sure the most common is homegrown.
I’m curious. Will The Obama Administration sue California? With the legalizing of marijuana, and all the sanctuary cities there. Are they not superseding Federal immigration and drug laws? Or is it just a pick and choose kind of thing for this administration?
Like any other commodity, demand for any product will be influenced by price, quality and availability.
Prop 19 does not legalize Commercial growers!
The Nov ballot issue does not legalize commercial growers it legalizing the right for each person to maintain a garden. It does pass the right to tax and regulate commercial production.
The US won’t become saturated because it is illegal to transport across State lines. Risk takers are helping to decrease the Mexican trade.
