I live in the US and wanted to know if there’s any stores, other then online stores, where i can buy rolling papers like Elements, RIPS and other brands that where you can decide your own length and rip at the length you want. Do they sell them at CVS or Quick Check or any convenience stores?

almost every liquor store has them. Gas staitions also often have rolling paper.
I would go to a smoke shop, they usually have a large variety or rolling papers including ones on a roll. If you don’t live near a smoke shop, or can not get to one, then I suggest ordering them online.
