I think that your question is reason enough to vote AGAINST prop 19.
Now, do you think that Obama and Holder will sue California if Prop 19 passes?
They have sued Arizona for a violation of the supremacy clause and there is already federal laws in place that prohibit cultivation of marijuana, seems to me that Obama will have to sue California for violating the same clause.

Prop 19 will send the federal government a clear message that support for the marijuana prohibition is OVER – and *that* will decimate the cartels.
When our stores are able to sell marijuana alongside alcohol and tobacco and charge after-tax prices too low for the cartels to match the cartels will lose their incentive and ability to continue committing the sadistic murder of innocent people. We have an obligation to end this needless suffering!
