Wiz Khalifa – ROLLING PAPERS Album Review
Wiz Khalifa is as local as it gets (aside from Mr. 724) in the rap game. He’s also the one most primed for success, with his previous release, Deal or No Deal selling over 55000 records with a mainly local crop picking them up. now on Atlantic Records, now with the aide of the #1 smash “Black and Yellow” Wiz goes after the big prize of major release fame. the album is decent, but falls into the same habits as many other releases. there is some forgettable filler, the topics are monochrome, but it does have a little something for everyone. will someone from my own backyard go platinum? hard to say, but i think there’s a helluva chance.
