I’m on the fence about this one. I’m not sure how I’m going to vote at this point.

I’d think i’d vote yes. Marijuana is safer than Alcohol in many ways, how many fights do you see because of Alcohol? People on marijuana are usually too mellowed out to fight or even spoke properly. Plus there’s a psychological thing about people: That they’d do something just because it’s illegal. And if it was legal it wouldn’t be so cool, but that’s just some people that are like that. Mainly teenagers, and immature men.
But i know plenty of people who’ve got in trouble with Alcohol. And i know no one, who’s got into trouble with marijuana (and i know LOADS of people who smoke it).
I would vote no. We already have too many stupid people doing really inane things.
Why should we suffer with a bunch of stoned stupid people doing really inane things.

I don’t think I would vote in favor of it. The roads are dangerous already. So selling people drugs in the store and letting them get high while they are driving around just doesn’t seem like a safe choice. And I doubt they would be waiting until they got home to smoke it. No matter what CA voters choose, the Federal Law remains the same, and they will be enforcing it in CA as stated on CNN.
YES and I’d vote YES on legalizing it nationally too.
When we legalize marijuana (the Mexican drug cartel’s biggest money earner) the smuggling of marijuana into our country will cease and the associated murders of innocent people will cease. Notice how the cartels *aren’t* smuggling beer and wine into our country? That’s because they’re LEGAL and our gas stations and supermarkets undercut any price the cartels could set. The exact same thing will happen with marijuana when we legalize its production and sale to adults!
