I am in really bad pain all day. No spleen pain luckily. Really achey all over my body and excruciatingly painful headaches. 🙁

ummm no. Firstly have you actually been diagnosed with mono? If so, your doctor should have given you a prescription for some pain relief. If not, go to a local pharmacy and ask for some over the counter pain relief.
