PASCAGOULA, Miss. – A Jackson County judge has dismissed four counts against Dr. David Bruce Allen. Circuit Judge Robert Krebs ruled Thursday that there was insufficient to try Allen on charges of bribing a witness, witness tampering, perjury and possession of marijuana.
