well medically proven u have to be 27 years or older of age and they will test u with machinery to seee if u have something wrong with u but first they will ask u questions about how many hours you sleep
I imagine 18 or older, since that’s the legal smoking age. Unless you have cancer or another life-threatening condition at a younger age, in which case it’s different.
The best way to get medicinal mj without proof is to claim you have intense migraines with aura. Look up the symptoms and learn how to describe them accurately.
I’m guessing 21, but i dont think you will get medical weed for insomnia. You got to really suck up to your doctor because there are other effective treatments for that. Like they said above you need to go you a lab, where you sleep in a room with machine and sensors and there they will determine if you are an insomniac.
I agree with the answer above me, don’t say your an insomniac, say its like depression and a side effect is the insomnia then you will qualify for medical marijuana. Regards to the age question, its 18 in most states (including California) and if you are younger they may grant you a medical marijuana card depending on the circumstances.
